FOUR CORNERS CREAMERY
Founded in 2006, Four Corners Creamery is located in the Boulevard Market in Tecumseh, Michigan. John Aylward founded the creamery with one goal in mind: to create incredible cheese using the freshest local milk possible. After visiting multiple creameries both in the United States and abroad, John adopted a French style of cheesemaking focusing on producing fresh and bloomy-rind cheeses.
FRESH GOAT ROUND
This goat cheese has a wonderfully soft texture and mild flavor. By retaining some water in the cheese, it has a much smoother consistency than many commercially produced fresh goat cheeses, making it perfect for spreading over crostini or blending into a hearty tomato soup. Sprinkled with dried herbs.
AGED GOAT LOG
This bloomy-rind beauty is the aged version of our fresh goat round. Aged for three weeks to produce a discernible rind, creamy layer and piquant, distinctly goaty taste, this is a favorite for crumbling over salads or baking in the oven with a drizzle of olive oil and herbs.
TRIPLE CREME BRIE
Produced using the freshest cow's milk and heavy cream, this cheese ages for one month to achieve a rich, creamy texture perfect for serving with ripe pears or grapes, or toasted on a panini with oven-roasted turkey and arugula.
SMOKED FRESH MOZZARELLA
The perfect balance of real applewood smoke and milky fresh cheese!
