Our most popular bar! This was the first bar made by Peppalo. This dark bar is estimated to be about 80-85% cacao content, which is pretty darn dark! The rest of the bar is made up of intact sugar crystals, a trademark of the cold-making chocolate process. It has a rich, deep flavor, extraordinarily chocolatey and delicious.
